At Pike Road Village we take your convenience, comfort and security seriously. All homes in our community are owner-occupied (no renting allowed). Free garbage pickup is included for our residents, and a school bus pick-up/drop-off point is located just inside the community entrance.

Our bilingual management (English and Spanish) and maintenance staff live on-site and strictly enforce Pike Road’s noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

In addition, our community offers the following security features:

• Single entrance/exit point for entire community
• Security cameras monitored by management
• Contracted security services patrol community grounds
• Streets, mailboxes and community clubhouse are well-lit
• New locking mailboxes for U.S.P.S. delivery
